Neoclassism vs Romanticism

I think I like Neoclassicism a little more because it seems more of my style. It seems like a revival that all periods of time go through. And since Neoclassicism was a sort of rebirth I liked that period of time. Everything was brighter and happier, more sure of themselves. Contrast to Romanticism, which portrayed darkness and turmoil. They tried to stick to so many rules that people wasn't even sure if they were right and they were confused, and lost and it was shown through these paintings. The music I chose was the fifth symphony by Beethoven. This music was symbolically literate to my slide show and paintings that were chosen. It was very dramatic and calm at the same time which really flowed with my paintings.

    I really enjoyed that animoto, it was sort of better than mine, i liked the pedals falling and what not but i like romanticism better.

    Nice video, as a whole i disliked this whole project, not yours, just the project assigned to everyone, im not big on romanticism or neoclassism

    I hate how that picture is all lopsided! Overall though I think we did awesome! Even though you yelled at me a few times...haha nice job ellie we got it done!

    Thanks i worked hard on it...and for effect i turned the picture another way for something different but ok! :)
